How do I join?
Book your first appointment online, then sign up for your membership in person when you arrive. Membership is required for all services; one-time visits are not offered.
What does my monthly rate cover?
Your monthly rate is based on your dog’s weight category and includes unlimited Bath S’Paw visits. Dapper Dog tidy-ups, All Over Rover full haircuts, and optional spa add-ons cost extra.
Is there a multi-pet discount?
Carrollwood does not offer a multi-pet discount. Each dog’s membership is priced according to their weight category.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation requires 10 days’ notice by both phone and in writing. Call 813-878-9046 and speak with an employee or leave a voicemail.
Follow your call with written notice. Email is preferred: carrollwood@barksuds.com. To provide written notice by text, ask our team which number to use.
