WHY BARKSUDS?

A love of dogs.
A model built for regular care.

BarkSuds combines monthly memberships with a streamlined salon model and services that keep dogs coming back for care.

Memberships that bring them back.

Automatic monthly credit card billing creates recurring membership revenue and makes regular care part of a customer’s routine. Haircuts and grooming add-ons offer additional service opportunities.

A streamlined daily operation.

Bathing and grooming are at the heart of the business. Wholesale bath products and limited inventory keep supplies focused, without food preparation, perishable goods, product assembly, or large stockrooms. A focused salon footprint and trained bathing team support an efficient workflow.

A salon built with purpose.

A welcoming branded lobby meets a practical salon area designed around daily care. BarkSuds provides layout and equipment guidance, without the commercial kitchen requirements of a restaurant. Buildout costs and timelines depend on the space and local requirements.

BUILT FOR A CHANGING WORLD

A business built around
needs that don’t disappear.

Economic shifts, artificial intelligence and e-commerce continue to reshape how businesses operate. But dogs still need physical, hands-on care—delivered by real people in their local community.

A need that keeps coming back.

Bathing, grooming, nail care and routine maintenance aren’t one-time purchases. Dogs need ongoing, in-person care throughout their lives—regardless of what is happening in the economy.

Hands-on care in an AI world.

AI can streamline scheduling, marketing and operations. It can’t bathe a dog, trim nails, groom a coat or replace the trust built between a pet parent and the people caring for their dog.

A service e-commerce can’t deliver.

Pet products can be purchased online. Hands-on pet care can’t. BarkSuds provides a local, physical service that requires the dog, the customer and the care team to come together in the real world.

Repeat customers. Recurring revenue.

BarkSuds combines a membership model, repeat visits and ongoing grooming needs to build recurring customer relationships instead of relying solely on one-time transactions.

Real service. Recurring needs. Local relationships.
A business built around dogs—not trends.
