Our Salon Policies

Our Tomball salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are closed Sunday and Monday.

Book your pup’s visit online or contact our team at 346-828-2294. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Ask our team about any applicable cancellation, no-show, or deposit policies.

Bath appointments typically take approximately one hour. Grooming appointments may take longer depending on your pup’s coat, temperament, and services. We’ll notify you when your pup is ready for pickup.

Please pick up your pup promptly after our team notifies you that services are complete. If you need extra time, contact the salon to discuss availability and any applicable late-pickup policy.

Current rabies and Bordetella vaccinations are required. Please contact our team about how and when to provide vaccination records before your appointment.

If your pup needs a veterinarian-recommended shampoo, please speak with our Tomball team before your appointment and bring any relevant instructions.

Bath S’Paw includes a luxurious bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail care (clipping or grinding), anal gland expression, double towel dry, blow-out and fluff, brush-out, quick de-shedding, hot spot foam, pup polish, cologne, and a bandana or bow. Ear plucking is available on request.

Our salon offers Paw Spa Soaks, Extreme De-Shed, One Area Trims, and standalone nail trims. Dapper Dog tidy-ups and All Over Rover haircuts are available separately from the bath membership. Ask our team about service availability and pricing.

Let our team know about any skin sensitivities, mobility concerns, anxiety, matting, or medical needs before your visit. Your groomer can discuss the safest approach for your pup and any applicable grooming release or consent forms.

Tomball offers both monthly Bath S’Paw memberships and one-time visits. Active memberships include unlimited Bath S’Paw visits during the monthly billing period. Grooming and optional spa upgrades are charged separately.

Monthly Bath S’Paw membership rates are $45 for Small (up to 15 lbs), $59 for Medium (16–40 lbs), $69 for Large (41–60 lbs), $79 for XL (61–80 lbs), and $89 for Jumbo (over 80 lbs). Applicable sales tax and a 3% credit-card surcharge are additional.

Memberships renew automatically each month and have no minimum term or prepayment requirement. Memberships are for the enrolled dog and are not transferable to other dogs or BarkSuds locations.

Multi-pet discounts may be available at the salon’s discretion and cannot be combined with other offers. Ask our Tomball team whether a discount applies to your family.

There is no minimum membership term. To request cancellation or discuss when cancellation will take effect, please contact our Tomball team at 346-828-2294 or tomball@barksuds.com. Our team can confirm the current cancellation procedure and timing before your next billing date.
